// SPEAKER SERIES
Stage, lights, sound, and capture built so each speaker carries — and so the talks live beyond the event. Faculty showcases. Keynote nights. RedTalks-style series. All-hands fireside chats. We treat each speaker like the headliner and each session like its own piece of content.

// FEATURED PRODUCTION
RedTalks is the University of Utah’s TED-format speaker series celebrating their 175th anniversary — faculty across STEM, humanities, art, and wellness, each given the stage to share an idea worth holding onto. BW Events ran the production: stage lighting tuned per speaker, audio capture for each session, multi-cam recording, and individual speaker reels delivered as standalone shareable cuts. Each talk lives on as its own piece of content.

Tuned per speaker. Clean key + accent + audience wash. No flair that competes with the talk — just light that makes the speaker readable and the stage look intentional.
Lavaliers, headsets, or a confident handheld — whichever fits the speaker. Room mix tuned for the spoken word, not the band. Every talk captured cleanly for the cut.
Two to four cameras on every speaker. Wide, medium, and tight — plus a side angle when the room allows. Recorded clean, ready for livestream or post-event edit.
Every speaker walks away with their session as a clean, standalone file. Color and audio matched. Title card branded to your series. Drop it on YouTube, LinkedIn, your internal hub, or the speaker’s own reel.
Two to three minutes that capture the energy of the night, the strongest lines from each talk, and the audience reaction. The asset your communications team posts when they want to drive RSVPs for next year.
Speaker portraits in their moment. Audience reaction. Stage wides for the institution’s archive. Photos in your hands the next business day, ready for press, social, and next year’s promotion.
