About BW Events
BW Events is the live-event team inside BW Productions — a Salt Lake City video and event production company that's been doing this work for 13 years. The people you'll work with have names, faces, and direct phone numbers.
The Why
For 13 years, BW Productions has shot the brand video, captured the testimonial, edited the annual recap. That work brought us into rooms — corporate galas, association conferences, donor events — where our clients were already paying three or four other vendors to handle the AV, the livestream, the photography, the headshots. And we kept watching the planner spend their event day on the phone coordinating between us and the other vendors instead of being where they should be: with their guests.
We built BW Events because the planner shouldn't have to manage five vendors to produce one event. The team that already shoots your testimonial can also run your AV. And livestream your keynote. And deliver your recap reel before the room is clear. One company. One PO. One number to call.
The Bench
Every BW Events production is run by a team — producers, AV operators, livestream technicians, photographers, video editors, and edit-room post-production. They're not subcontractors. They're on staff or long-time BW collaborators. Many have been part of BW Productions for years. They already know each other. They already know how we run a show.
