BW Events is the live-event team inside BW Productions — a Salt Lake City video and event production company. The people you’ll work with have names, faces, and direct phone numbers.

The Why

We kept showing up at events that needed everything.

You're running an event. You've already booked the venue, locked the date, briefed your speakers. Now you need an AV team — plus a livestream provider, a videographer, a photographer, maybe a headshot booth. That's four to five separate vendors, four to five separate invoices, four to five calls when something matters on event day. We built BW Events so you can stop running that gauntlet.

BW Productions has run the cameras at corporate galas, association conferences, and donor events across Salt Lake. We watched the planner on every event spend the night on the phone coordinating between us and the other vendors instead of being where they should be: with their guests. BW Events is the new team that runs all of it. One company. All in-house. One number to call.

Every BW Events production is run by a team — producers, AV operators, livestream technicians, photographers, video editors, and edit-room post-production. They're not subcontractors. They're on staff or long-time BW collaborators. Many have been part of BW Productions for years. They already know each other. They already know how we run a show. That's why our productions don't feel like five vendors trying to coordinate.

They bring conferences, association meetings, and corporate retreats to Salt Lake — and we're a Salt Plus Premier member, the partnership's top tier.
