// GROUND BREAKINGS
From the first shovel turn to the last bus loaded out. Staging, event-experience design, branded signage, structural tents, LED walls, audio, multi-cam capture, drone aerials, photography, and VIP transportation — we run the whole ceremony so your team can be on stage instead of running it.

// FEATURED PRODUCTION
At Daybreak, the Larry H. Miller Company broke ground on a 7,500-seat Triple-A ballpark for the Salt Lake Bees — anchoring Downtown Daybreak as a transit-connected mixed-use urban center with a luxury Megaplex entertainment complex, housing, and retail. America First Credit Union was announced as the exclusive naming rights partner. BW Events ran the full ceremony: staging, event-experience design, branded signage, a large structural tent, LED walls, bus-shuttle coordination for VIPs and press, photo coverage, and video coverage of CEO Steve Starks’s keynote and the shovel turn. The recap was in LHM’s hands the same day.

Every Ground Breaking Includes
We design the moment before we build it. Site flow, run-of-show, photo line, press position, principal staging, and the reveal sequence — mapped before the first cable goes in the ground. Your team approves a single plan and we execute it.
Risers on dirt. Branded backdrop sized to the photo line. Structural tents engineered for Utah wind. Generator power. Cable runs that stay out of the camera shot. A weather Plan B that doesn’t panic anyone the morning of.
Project renderings on LED walls so the audience sees what’s coming. Partner logos at the photo line for every press shot. Wayfinding for VIPs, press, and crew — cued in to your brand system. The project name in 8-foot type when the camera needs it.
Wireless mics for every speaker. Distributed PA so the back row hears the front. Multi-cam on the principals, the shovel turn, and the reveal. FAA-licensed drone for the wide your annual report needs. Press-feed splits straight off the board for the news crews.
Bus-shuttle coordination from a paved staging lot to the site. Greeters at the drop-off. Reserved seating for principals and major donors. Press credentialing, a position line with sightlines to the stage, and a press kit on-site.
A 60–90 second recap delivered before the news cycle closes — your CEO’s key line, the shovel moment, the drone wide. Press-ready hero stills of every principal with the project banner. Photos in your hands the next business day, sized for press release distribution.
